Tired of snapping at your partner for no reason? It’s probably not them. Discover how low blood sugar, lack of sleep, and nutrition could be the real villian.

Okay, hear me out. I know our partners, or the people we’re dating, can be infuriating sometimes. They don’t get the hints, they forget things we’ve mentioned a million times, or they just seem… annoying. But let me tell you something — most of it isn’t their fault. In fact, most of it isn’t even you. It’s your low blood sugar, your lack of sleep, and that brain fog creeping in because you haven’t been treating your body like it deserves.

Why am I screaming at you right now? Because this is a truth that so many women need to hear, and no one is talking about it! The older we get, the more our bodies change, whether we like it or not. And trust me, I’m no fitness guru. But what I do know is this: if you don’t keep up with your body’s changes, everything else starts to unravel. That’s not just a theory — it’s personal experience.

Think back to the last time you lost it over something small — maybe the dishwasher wasn’t loaded “right,” or your partner forgot to pick up something from the store. Was that really worth the explosion? Or was there something else at play? I’ve been on this self-care journey for a while now…
